This small-batch preserve begins with ripe strawberries and layers in fresh citrus brightness and a delicate floral note of lavender. The result is fruit-forward rather than perfumey, with a lovely balance of sweet, tart, and softly botanical flavors.

Made with 75% fruit and less sugar than traditional preserves.
