Ingredients: skullcap, oat straw, peppermint, mugwort, chamomile, damiana, orange peel and blue cornflower. Sample size: approximately 3 tablespoons, about 4 servings. To prepare, steep 1 tablespoon in 8 oz water for 4–10 minutes, or cold infuse for 4–24 hours. Not yet available for purchase.
